How often do deliveries fail over a given period of time?

  • In this widget will we will calculate the failed delivery rate.

  • Failed delivery rate- The failed delivery percentage indicates how many orders had unsuccessful delivery attempts.

  • Formula - To calculate the failed delivery rate for orders, you need to divide the total number of failed deliveries by the Number of orders for which the latest delivery was attempted in the filtered period and then multiply the result by 100 to get the percentage.

  • Failed Delivery Rate = (Number of Failed Deliveries / Number of orders for which the latest delivery was attempted in the filtered period) x 100%

For example, if delivery was attempted for 1000 orders during the past month and 50 of them failed to be delivered, the failed delivery rate would be 5%.

  • Failed delivery return - The number of orders that failed to be delivered and RTO created.

    • (Orders which are delivered after RTO- won't be considered in the dashboard)

  • Awaiting action - Order failed to be delivered AND not delivered and not RTO.
