Problem statement: return marked as delivered but not received

Courier has confirmed that the item is delivered back to the seller location. However the seller denies that the shipment is not yet received. The possible reason could be:

  • Seller has physically received the shipment but have not processed it.

  • Seller has physically not received the shipment.

Problem statement: return delivery delayed and lost

Eshopbox shows return delivery time on workspace (return delivery time shown by courier + 2 days) but sometimes it breaks due to delay from courier. Eshopbox workspace don’t provide any method to take action against this problem.
