(-Pending-)Return Overview

Returns feature of the Eshopbox App helps you to track the return items. Return can be of two types:

• Customer Return: Items for which return was initiated by the customer after delivery.

• Courier Return: Undelivered items returned to the Eshopbox FC

Return Attributes

• Return Reason

• Return ID

Return Status:

• Expected: Returns that are created but not processed at the Eshopbox FC.

• Completed: Returns that are completely processed at the Eshopbox FC.
