How to connect Eshopbox with Razorpay?

  • Own Razorpay account

    • Go to apps > Razorypay

    • Install > Provide required details > Connect

    • Go to customer portal > Select the app that you want to use for refund.

    • Client select own app

  1. Login to Eshopbox workspace

 

Customer journey:

  • Go to Shopify store > Manage order > Return item

  • Let us know why do you wish to return? (Customer selects the reason)

  • Let us know how would you like to proceed? (Refund)

  • Let us know the pick up address?

  • How would you like the refund?

    • Back to original accounts used in payment

    • Back as store credits

    • Back to desired bank account

      • (Same as now)

    • Refund in Bank via UPI

      • Enter UPI ID

    • Refund via Payout Link

      • Email address or Phone number

  • Confirm

  • Verify OTP

  • Track page

    • Return details

    • Refund info:

      • Your refund will be processed once the item is picked up.

      • Your refund will be processed once the item is returned to the warehouse.

 

 

How to notify customer of refund?

  • Login to workspace

  • Go to customer portal

  • When return is approved: Details of refund to be added in the notification.

  • When refund is processed: New notification.

  • When refund fails: (Check with other tools)

  • When refund is cancelled: New notification, contact support.

  • Enable notification “When refund is initiated.” (SMS, Email, Whatsapp)

 

Notification: When payout link is sent to the customer for refund.

Note: This notification wont have any setting in customer portal and will be sent on SMS, Email, Whatsapp.
