User Logs In: The user logs into their Eshopbox workspace.
Navigate to Product Creation: The user navigates to the product creation page.
Enter Product Details: The user enters the necessary details for the product, including name, description, price, and other specifications.
Specify Multi-Box Shipping:
The user is prompted to specify if the product requires multi-box shipping.
If yes, the user provides the number of boxes required for shipping this product.
Save Product: The user saves the product details.
MPS Tracking Creation: Eshopbox automatically creates MPS (Multi-Packet Shipment) tracking and generates two labels for the product.
Step 2: Order Processing on Flex
Order Placement: A customer places an order for the product.
Order Visibility in Flex: The order appears in the Eshopbox Flex system for processing.
View Number of Packets:
The user sees the order details, including the number of packets required for shipping.
By default, this number is set to 1 or the value specified by the user during product creation.
Modify Number of Boxes:
The user can change the number of boxes if needed.
If the user updates the number of boxes to more than 1, Eshopbox will automatically call the MPS API of Clickpost to update the shipment details.
Example Scenario
Order Contains Multiple Products: Suppose an order contains two products, A and B.
Product A: Configured for multi-box shipping with 2 boxes.
Product B: Configured for single-box shipping.
Default Packet Calculation: The default number of packets displayed in Flex will be 3 (2 for Product A and 1 for Product B).
Update Number of Boxes: If the user changes the number of boxes for Product A to 3, the total number of packets will be updated accordingly, and Eshopbox will call the MPS API of Clickpost to reflect this change.
