It will be calculated for both Eshopbox shipping as well as non Eshopbox shipping.
Assumption: Expected handover date is available for all orders.
The logic for the Expected handover date:
RTS time < 12 noon Same day
RTS time > 12 noon Next day

This dashboard will have the following filters:
Expected handover date
Date filter (Reference orders date filter)
Sales channel
List of active sales channel
This filter will have a search as well
Eshopbox sales channel to show Eshopbox logo (Reference: Sales channel filter available in orders page)
Origin
List of State + Facility code of Fulfillment center (Eshopbox + Self fulfillment FC)
Example:
Haryana: Gurgaon (AGGN)
Maharastra: Mumbai (ZMUM)
Delhi: DEL101
This filter will have a search as well.

How is your handover performance over a period of time?
Tooltip content -
On-time handover rate -It tells you about the success rate of orders handed over on time. To calculate the data, your on-time orders get divided by the total no. of orders.
Late-Orders for which the first handover attempt was made after the expected handover date.
Overdue- Orders that are due for the first handover attempt, even after passing the expected handover date.
Exception-Orders that are not considered while calculating the on-time handover rate.
Orders need to be bifurcated into below segments:
On-time
Late
Overdue
Exception

The top 10 records to be shown by default have a maximum on-time handover rate.
Sorting will be applicable for all fields as shown in the screenshot. Sorting will happen in total results.
The user can click on view all and will be redirected to a new wizard having:
