What is your cancellation rate?
Tooltip content-
Cancellation rate -It is calculated as the total of seller cancellations and customer cancellations divided by the total orders.
Seller cancellation rate-Count of orders that are cancelled by the seller.
Customer cancellation rate- Count of orders cancelled by the customer.
The cancellation rate is the total number of cancellations divided by the total number of orders. The total number of cancellations includes both customer cancellations and seller cancellations. Therefore, the cancellation rate equals customer cancellation plus seller cancellation.
Cancellation rate = Total cancelled orders during the filtered period/Total number of orders created in Eshopbox during the filtered period * 100
In this widget we will calculate the cancellation rate:
The cancellation rate is calculated as sum total of seller cancellation and customer cancellation.
The cancellation rate will be shown for the selected time period.

What are the reasons for the customer cancellations?
X-axis will show the customer cancellation reasons.
Y-axis to show the count of orders.
Cancellation reason to be bifurcated in 4 buckets:
Delivery is delayed
Order placed by mistake
The expected delivery is too long
The reason having the top 3 counts will be visible individually.
And the remaining will be tagged under others.
What are the reasons for seller cancellations?
X-axis will show the seller cancellation reasons.
Y-axis to show the count of orders.
Seller Cancellation reason to be bifurcated into 4 buckets:
Order over SLA
Out of stock
Inventory not found
Not able to service by the shipping partner
The reason having the top 4 counts will be visible individually.
And the remaining will be tagged under others.
What is the cancellation rate for various sales channels?
This widget will show the:
Count of cancelled orders-No of orders cancelled in the selected period of time for each sales channel.
Cancellation rate -The cancellation rate is the total number of cancellations divided by the total number of orders for each sales channel.
Seller cancellation rate - for each sales channel
Buyer cancellation rate - for each sales channel
The top 10 records to be shown by default have a maximum total order.
Sorting will be applicable for all fields as shown in the screenshot. Sorting will happen in total results.
The user can click on view all and will be redirected to a new wizard having:
