• It's a good reflection of your ability to meet customer demand and the overall effectiveness of your ecommerce operations.

How to calculate the order fulfillment rate?

• Order fulfillment rate will be calculated based on the following formula:

OFR = (Total orders created in Eshopbox - orders canceled due to fulfillment issue)/ Total orders created in Eshopbox * 100
