Shipping integration with Fynd

You can now seamlessly integrate your Order Management System (OMS) with Eshopbox to take advantage of Eshopbox's efficient shipping services. This integration will streamline your shipping process and enhance your overall order fulfillment experience.

How to enable enable Eshopbox shipping for Fynd OMS.

Step 1 → Install the Fynd app

Follow the below-given steps to install the Fynd app in Eshopbox.

From the sidebar of the Eshopbox workspace, navigate to Apps
Click on the Fynd app icon.
Enter you Fynd aggregator as Eshopbox.
Enter you username and password.

Click on Connect.
In your Fynd app, go to automations and click on Import orders
Toggle the button 'on' to Import orders in Eshopbox. If a new shipment is created on Fynd, then an order for the same will be created in Eshopbox.

Step 2: Generate API credentials in Eshopbox

Open Fynd App in your Eshopbox workspace.

Click on More and select Generate API credentials

Eshopbox will provide you with the following details:
1. Client Id
2. Client secret
3. Refresh token

Step 3: Configure shipping mode in Eshopbox

Eshopbox provides two shipping mode:

Eshopbox standard: Optimised for cost
Eshopbox express: Optimised for speed

Configuring the shipping mode allows you to prioritize the different shipping options available to ship an order. You can use it to split courier allocation based on various conditions, like order value, zone, payment method, location, etc.

When requesting shipping label from Eshopbox to process the order, Eshopbox will refer to these rules on the basis of which the order will be assigned to Eshopbox standard or Eshopbox express.
