A fulfilment center is a physical location where Eshopbox manages your inventory. You can enable multiple FC in your Eshopbox workspace so that you can track inventory and fulfill orders at your locations. With multiple FC, you have better visibility into your inventory across your business. Adding FC will make it available:

  • Storing inventory

  • Ship or fulfill orders

  • Process returns.

Before you plan to send your inventory to Eshopbox, you need to enable FC on the Eshopbox workspace. This article will help you understand the step-by-step process of adding FC.

Before you start

To enable FC on the Eshopbox workspace, keep the following scanned documents handy:

  • GST certificate

  • Signature for invoice

  • Company logo for invoice

Enable fulfillment center

Navigate to Settings > Fulfillment center. Click on the Enable button against the FC you want to add.

 

Upload the documents. Eshopbox asks you for the below documents.

  • GST certificate: Make sure the GST certificate is of the same state you want to enable the FC.

  • Signature for invoice: Authorised signatory along with the company stamp. Eshopbox will use this on the invoices generated when the order is being packed.

  • Company logo for invoice: Eshopbox will print the logo on an invoice.

Click on Submit.

Once you submit the document, the enable button will change to Track. The ‘In progress’ tag shows that you enable FC request is under process.

Now, you can track your Enable FC request.
