Enable Fulfilment Center

A fulfillment center is a facility in which inventory is stored, and orders are processed. You need to enable an Eshopbox fulfillment center to:
-Send inventory to Eshopbox
-Store inventory in Eshopbox
-Process orders from the sales channel
-Process returns from the sales channel

Before you start

Make sure you have the below documents handy before enabling an FC:

  • GST certificate or PAN details

  • Signature for invoice

  • Company logo for invoice

Enable fulfillment center

Navigate to Settings > Fulfillment center. You can view all of Eshopbox's FCs here. To request to enable FCs, you need to click on the ‘Enable’ button with the FC.

The screen containing a form will appear; please make sure to fill all fields and provide as much information as possible to allow a quick processing time. Then, follow the below steps to fill the form.

Choose GST options
To store your goods in the Eshopbox fulfillment center, you will require a GST registration at enabled FC.
In this step, you need to confirm the availability of the GST certificate. Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No.’

Provide GST details and certificates( If you have a GST certificate)
If you have a GST registration, share your ‘GST number’ and ‘Upload GST certificate.’ Eshopbox will need GST details to provide you with the documents. The document is required for the Additional Place of Business (APOB) registration.

Provide PAN details( If you don’t have a GST certificate)
If you do not have a GST registration, then share your ‘PAN number.’ Eshopbox will need GST details to provide you with the documents. The document is required for the Permanent Place of Business (PPOB) registration.

Provide address details

If you have a GST certificate, mention the address in the certificate. In case you do not have a GST certificate, provide a registered address here.
It is required so that Eshopbox can provide you with documents such as NOC, utility bill, declaration, and lease agreement to apply for Place of Business(POB) registration at Eshopbox FC.

Upload signature and logo

Provide your business signature and your company’s brand logo. This is mandatory information for Eshopbox to generate invoices against orders.
Click on the ‘Submit’ button.

The status of your FC will change to ‘In Process.’ Now you can track the progress of your fulfillment center setup.

In case of any validation failure, the Eshopbox team will contact you for the correct documents.
