When you send more items than confirmed, Eshopbox will assess the fees based on an overage percentage for the 10 (ten) most recent overage items. Eshopbox calculates the overage percentage by dividing the number of excess units received in an average consignment by the total number of units received for the same consignment. If the percentage exceeds 30%. You will need to pay additional fees.
