Handling Sidelined consignment

Consignment in sidelined status is the consignments that Eshopbox cannot currently process. These reasons are not permanent, and you can sort them. Once you resolve the issue, Eshopbox will start receiving your consignment.

Eshopbox does not perform partial receiving of the consignments. Until you resolve all the issues, Eshopbox puts the whole consignment as sidelined.

Reasons for consignment getting sidelined

There are some details which help Eshopbox to perform the QC process while receiving. Your consignment gets sidelined if there is missing quality check details. For example, size, weight, colour, product image, etc. Because of these missing details, the QC process cannot be completed successfully. Until Eshopbox receives all the details, the consignment is 'sidelined.'

Whenever Eshopbox sideline your consignment, the status of the consignment will change to ‘sidelined.’ You will receive a notification email from Eshopbox with sidelined consignment details.

You can also view the sidelined consignment details on the Eshopbox workspace. Navigate to Consignments > Inward. Here, you can filter your consignment. Click on all and select sidelined from the list.

To know the details of sidelined status, click on the consignment number. You will redirect to the consignment tracking page. You can view the details of the sidelined consignment in the progress bar as shown below:

Handling sidelined consignment

To move your consignment to delivered status, you must provide the complete QC details. You can download the list of products from the progress bar. Navigate to inventory and search for the product. Provide the details. Once Eshopbox verifies the details, your consignment will be removed from the sidelined status. This can take up to 2 business days.

💡If your consignment is still in sidelined status, raise it to Eshopbox support.
