  • Recall sellable inventory from Eshopbox fulfilment center

Eshopbox will create a consignment to recall non-sellable and QC rejected inventory.

1. Create your consignment (From Kapaskraft Gurgaon(IGGN) for 150 items)

You create inward consignment to let Eshopbox know the amount of inventory you are sending from your location. Learn how to create consignment.

    Select your location from where you are sending the inventory.

  • Inventory details

Before adding the product make sure it in active status.

Provide inventory details of the items you are sending.

  • Download template

Download the CSV and provide the inventory details as per guidelines.

  • Upload CSV

Do not add/remove the row from the CSV.

    Consignment is failed due to incorrect/missing CSV details. Learn more

Eshopbox performs Quality Check(QC) on the items which you are sending in consignment. In case the items do not fulfil the QC criteria, it gets rejected. Learn more

Good packaging prevents errors/damage. Eshopbox offers guidelines about how your product should be packaged before sending. Learn more

Planned delivery can save your consignment from getting rejected at Eshopbox FCs. This can lead to a delay in the processing of your consignment. Learn more

Eshopbox verifies your document when you arrive at the FC. Incorrect/incomplete document details can delay your consignment. Learn more

2. Schedule your consignment (Scheduled for 16 May 2021,1:00pm - 2:00pm)

Select the date and time from the available slots. In case FC is not operating on the scheduled slot, you will be informed in advance. Learn how to schedule consignment.

3. Dispatch your consignment (You have dispatched your inventory for Eshopbox)

Provide all the details as mentioned in your document. Your document will be verified when you arrive at the FC in the scheduled slot. Learn how to dispatch consignment

  • Document number

Your document can be an invoice, stock transfer note or delivery challan. Make sure your document has detailed information about the consignment.
