Returns cancelled Sync

What is the purpose of this article?

The article contains details on the sync (cron) implementation of return cancelled order items in our system. The return, once placed on an item, can be then cancelled via various modules. Once cancelled, the item should revert back to Delivered/ Handover done status in the workspace and Delivered in the customer portal.
