Bulk Actions Taken From Workspace

What is the purpose of this article?

This page is contains documentation of Bulk Action workflow that a user/ client can take from the workspace. A user/ client can perform the following action points:

  • Mark order(s) as cancelled.

  • Take failed delivery action on order(s).

    • Re-attempt delivery.

    • Cancel order delivery and initiate RTO.

    • Update ODA details.

  • Create return(s) on order(s).

  • Cancel return(s) on order(s).

Based on the above action points, the user/ client can input said actions in the following manner:

  1. Interactive mode.
    Where the user/ client can select order items from the listings page and take selective actions on them.

  2. Bulk mode.
    Where the user/ client can apply a filter on the order listings page and take action on all orders matching the said filter combo.

  3. Import mode.
    Where the user/ client will create an csv file with the template (based on action) provided by Eshopbox, add details and upload the file via Import.
