Troubleshooting errors in the fee template

In Eshopbox workspace, you can upload fee rules in bulk. Uploading rules in bulk saves you time and effort. This article will help you to know the possible error that you can have and the way to resolve them.

You can receive any of the below-mentioned errors if you do not adhere to any of the rules. Resolve issue as per instruction provided.

• Category provided does not exist: Add category as a custom field for the product or if you have already added custom field, add category as a value for the custom field. Assign the category to the product which belong to this category.

• The brand does not exist: This brand does not exist in the Eshopbox workspace. Before uploading this sheet, add brand from Settings > Brand> +Brand page.

• Payment method is not applicable: Valid values are only COD, Prepaid. Provide a valid value for the field.

• The shipping zone is not applicable: Valid values are only: Local, Regional, National, Metropolitan, Special Category Zone. Provide a valid value for the field.

• Product Selling Price is not applicable: Provide a valid value for the field, i.e., INR

• Define value for field ‘Product Selling Price (Currency )(INR)’ before ‘Product Selling Price (Define Minimum value of PSP Range)’: Provide a valid value in field ‘Product Selling Price (Currency )(INR)’, i.e., INR.

• Product Selling Price (Define Minimum value of PSP Range) should be a number: Provide a numeric value for this field.

• Product Selling price (Define Maximum value of PSP Range) should be a number: Provide a numeric value for this field.

• Weight Range (Define the minimum value of Weight Range) should be a number: Provide a numeric value for this field.

• Weight Range (Define the maximum value of Weight Range) should be a number: Provide a numeric value for this field.

• Flat fee to be considered for the rule(Fee value which is fixed for the rule and would not vary) should be a number: Provide a numeric value for this field.

• Per unit fee (Fee value that will vary with different conditions) should be a number: Provide a numeric value for this field.

• Per Additional Value (Change in per-unit fee value-added as per defined units) should be a number: Provide a numeric value for this field.

• The percentage fee to be considered for the rule should be a number: Provide a numeric value for this field.

• Define value for Product Selling Price (Define Minimum value of PSP Range) before Product Selling price (Define Maximum value of PSP Range): Provide value in ‘Product Selling Price (Define Minimum value of PSP Range)’ field.

• Define value for Flat fee to be considered for the rule (Fee value which is fixed for the rule and would not vary) before Flat fee to be applicable on (Per Order, Per Order Item, Per shipment): Provide numeric value in the ‘flat fee to be considered for the rule (Fee value which is fixed for the rule and would not vary)’ field.

• The flat fee is not applicable: ‘Flat fee to be applicable on (Per Order, Per Order Item, Per shipment)’ field can have only one of the following values- Per Order, Per Order Item, or Per shipment.

• Define value for per unit fee (Fee value that will vary with different conditions) before Per unit fee to be applicable on (per Shipment, Per order, Per order Item): Provide numeric value in this field.

• Per unit fee is not applicable: ‘Per unit fee to be applicable on (per Shipment, Per order, Per order Item)’ field can have only one of the mentioned value: Per Order, Per Order Item, or Per shipment.

• Define value for Per unit fee (Fee value that will vary with different conditions) before Per Additional Value (Change in per-unit fee added as per defined units): ‘Per unit fee’ field is mandatory if you provide value in ‘Per Additional Value’ field. Enter a numeric value in this field.

• Define value for Percentage fee to be considered for the rule before Percentage fee to be applicable on (per Shipment, Per order, Per order Item): Value in ‘Percentage fee’ field is a mandatory field if ‘Percentage fee to be applicable on’ is provided. Enter a numeric value in this field.

• The percentage fee is not applicable: Only ‘per order, per order item, and per shipment’ are the valid value for the ‘Percentage fee to be applicable on’ field.

• Enter Per Additional Value for a per-unit fee added: ‘Per Additional Value’ is a mandatory field if you provide value in ‘Per unit fee’ or ‘Per unit fee to be applicable on.’ Enter a numeric value in this field.

• Enter Flat fee to be applicable on (Per Order, Per Order Item, Per shipment) for Flat fee added: ‘Flat fee to be applicable on’ is a mandatory field if ‘Flat fee’ is added. Provide a valid value from Per Order, Per Order Item, Per shipment.

• Enter Percentage fee to be applicable on (per Shipment, Per order, Per order Item) for Percentage fee added: ‘Percentage fee to be applicable on’ is a mandatory field if ‘Percentage fee’ is added. Provide a valid value from Per Order, Per Order Item, Per shipment.

• Then Condition Applicable on is not applicable: Valid values for ‘Then Condition Applicable on’ are only Sum, Lower, Higher. Provide a valid value for the field.

• Enter Any THEN Condition in this rule: Enter at least one from flat-fee, Per unit fee, and Percentage fee.

• More than one applicable condition, define the Applicable order: If you add two or more values from flat-fee, Per unit fee, and Percentage fee. Provide a valid value for the field from Sum, Lower, Higher.
