Brand | It is the brand of the product | Duke, Montecarlo, etc. |
Payment Method | The mode by which payment is made. | COD, Prepaid |
Shipping Zone | Zone to which order is shipped. | Local, Regional, National, Metropolitan, Special Category Zone |
Product Selling Price(Currency) | The currency of selling price. Mandatory if the ‘product selling price (Min)’ field is provided | INR |
Product Selling Price(Min) | Define Maximum value of Product Selling Price | 300,1000, etc. |
Product Selling price(Max) | Define Maximum value of Product selling price. For an infinite price range, leave this field blank but provide value for the ‘Product Selling Price(Min)’ field. | 1000, 2000, etc. |
Weight Range(Min) | Minimum weight of the product. Number field with up to 3 decimal points(in Kg) | .250 , .500, 1, 3, etc. |
Weight Range(Max) | Maximum weight of the product. Number field with up to 3 decimal points(in Kg). For infinite weight range, leave this field blank but provide value for the ‘Weight range(Min)’ field. | 1,2, 5, etc. |
Fixed Value to be considered for the rule | Fee value which is fixed for the rule and would not vary | 12, 15, etc. |
Fixed Value to be applicable on | The fixed value provided can be applicable on order, shipment or on per item. Mandatory if ‘Fixed value to be applicable on’ field is provided | Per Order, Per Order Item, Per shipment |
Variable Value | Fee value that will vary with different conditions | 12, 15, etc. |
Variable Value to be applicable on | The variable value provided can be applicable to Shipment, order or order Item. Mandatory if the ‘variable value’ field is provided | Per Shipment, Per order, Per order Item. |
Per Additional Value | Change in Variable value as per defined units. Mandatory when ‘variable value’ field is provided. Unit for this is Kilogram(KG) | 1,2 ,etc. |
Percentage Value to be considered for the rule | Define the percentage value. This should be less than 100. No need to apply "%" after the value | 10, 16.5, etc. |
Percentage Value to be applicable on | The percentage value provided can be applicable to Shipment, order or order Item. Mandatory if Percentage Value to be considered for the rule field is provided | Per Shipment, Per order, Per order Item. |
Then Condition Applicable on | Mandatory if two or more values are added from ‘fixed value’, ‘Variable value’ and 'Percentage value' | Sum, Lower, Higher |
Guidelines
If you do not want to enter a condition leave that field blank.
To provide indefinite Price Range or Weight range fields leave it blank but provide minimum value.
‘Then condition applicable on' this field is mandatory when two or more values are added from ‘fixed Value’, ‘Variable value’, and 'Percentage Value’.
Unit for Weight is in Kilogram(KG).
Provide value from at least one field from fixed value/Variable value/percentage value.
No need to add ‘%' sign after you enter a value in 'Percentage Value to be considered for the rule’ field.
Troubleshooting
If any of the mentioned rules are not adhered to, you will receive any of the below-mentioned error. Resolve issue as per instruction provided.
