Tracking Product Availability Across Sales Channel

You can use Eshopbox to sell your products on different online sales channels. Product availability settings allow you to track the products available on sales channels.

Before you start

  • You have enabled the sales channel.

Track products which are available on a sales channel

Navigate to Inventory.

To track the availability for a particular product:

  • Filter products by name of the product (SKU), ESIN or by any other identifier of the product.

  • Open the product availability tab from the detail pane. Here you can view the list of all the enabled sales channels along with the portal name and integration model.

  • Along with the sales channel, you can view the status of the product on the sales channel. All the sales channel for which status is available, the inventory updates of this product are tracked by the sales channel.

To track the availability for a sales channel:

  • Filter products by available on channel. Select the sales channel for which you want to track the availability. Click on search.

  • You can see the number of products which are available on the selected sales channel. You can also download the result by clicking on the download icon.

  • You might see the products in two different statuses:

    • Active: Products for which inventory updates are tracked by the sales channel.

    • Draft: Products synced from sales channel but couldn’t be made available as Eshopbox could not identify any common identifier. This is because the identifier used on the sales channel for the product is not available on the Eshopbox workspace. However, this would be visible as available on the sales channel. You can merge the product with an existing product or by creating a new product. Learn how to merge product.

Track products which are unavailable on a sales channel

Navigate to Inventory. You can track the unavailability of a product or for a sales channel. To track the unavailability for a product:

  • Filter products by name of the product (SKU), ESIN, or by any other identifier of the product.

  • Open the product availability tab. Here, you can view the list of all the enabled sales channels along with the portal name and integration model.

  • Along with the sales channel, you can view the status of the product on the sales channel. All the sales channels for which status is unavailable, the inventory updates of this product are not tracked by the sales channel.

To track the availability for a sales channel:

  • Filter products by available on channel. Select the sales channel for which you want to track the unavailability. Click on search.

  • You can see the number of products which are unavailable on the selected sales channel. You can also download the result by clicking on the download icon.
