The sales channel represents where you sell your products. In this article, you will learn how to subscribe to a particular sales channel. Subscribing to a Sales Channel will enable you to fulfill orders.

Before you start

You need to be subscribed to Eshopbox fulfillment center(s).
Keep seller account details ready.
You should know your portal’s fulfillment model.

Note: Seller account details required if you want to subscribe through your own seller account.

How it works

Navigate to Subscription > Sales Channel > + Subscribe Sales Channel and follow below steps to subscribe to sales channel.

Step I - Choose a Portal

Select the portal for which you want to subscribe to the sales channel. All integrated portal will be available in this drop-down list. This is a mandatory field and cannot be edited later. After selecting a portal click continue.

Note: If you are not able to find the portal for which you want to subscribe, please write to us at support@eshopbox.com.

Step II - Choose Fulfillment Center

Select the Fulfillment center from which you want to fulfill your orders. Make sure you have selected one FC before proceeding further. You can select multiple fulfillment centers as well. After selecting FC, click continue.

Note: Only subscribed FCs will be available in the dropdown list. If you cannot see your desired FC, you will be required to Subscribe to a Fulfilment center.

Step III - Choose a Seller Account

Select the seller account you want to integrate your Sales channel with. This will determine the selling party for your sales channel. This is a mandatory field and cannot be edited.

If you want to be the selling party for your sales channel, select My Seller Account.

If you select My Seller Account, you can:

(i) Select a previously created seller account that is already configured and click continue.

(ii) Configure and add a new seller Account. To do so, you’re required to enter seller account details.

Note: If you want Eshopbox to be the selling party for your sales channel. Select Eshopbox Seller Account and click continue.

Step IV - Choose a Fulfillment Model

Select a fulfillment model to manage your orders. Depending upon your selected model, you might be required to fill additional details. Learn about different fulfillment model. This is a mandatory field and cannot be edited.

Select the fulfillment model from the dropdown and click subscribe.

Now, you will be redirected to the Tracking Page where you are able to track your sales channel subscription request.
