The sales channel represents where you sell your products. In this article, you will learn how to subscribe to website as a sales channel.
Before you start
You need to be subscribed to Eshopbox fulfillment center(s).
Keep your application (the platform on which your website is built) details ready.
Steps to subscribe to website as a sales channel
Navigate to Subscription > Sales Channel > + Subscribe Sales Channel. Select website when asked where you want to sell your products. Follow the below-mentioned steps to subscribe website as a sales channel.
Step I - Choose Application/Platform
Select the application on which your website is built. All integrated applications will be available in this drop-down list. This is a mandatory field and cannot be edited later. You will be required to provide some information so that Eshopbox app can integrate with your website. After providing application details click continue.
Select custom to configure application other than one in dropdown. For custom, you need to provide an application name and credentials for Eshopbox to integrate with your website.
Step II - Choose Fulfillment Center
Select the Fulfillment center from which you want to fulfill your orders. Make sure you have selected one FC before proceeding further. You can select multiple fulfillment centers as well. After selecting FC, click continue.
Only subscribed FCs will be available in the dropdown list. If you cannot see your desired FC, you will be required to Subscribe to a Fulfilment center. Seller on record will be dependent on the operating model of the FC. Learn more.
Now, you will be redirected to the tracking page where you are able to track your sales channel subscription request.
