Payables Overview (-Obsolete-)

Definition:

Payables are the costs incurred by you. Eshopbox App will reconcile payables with fees configured.

Payables are defined by:

• Name

• Payable amount charged

• Order information the payable is related to.

• The fee used to reconcile the payable.

• Status

Expense Actions:

• Create: The Eshopbox app creates payables if they have been paid for in a payout.

• Record a Payment if you have paid for a payable.

• Record a refund if you have received a refund for the payable.

• Reconcile - Eshopbox app reconciles payables. It

  • calculates the expected amount using fee and

  • matches with the payable amount.

Status:

• Reconciled: The payable amount is equal or less than the expected amount calculated using the fee.

• Disputed: The payable amount is more than the expected amount calculated using the fee.

• Failed: The expected amount cannot be calculated because of some missing details.
