Subscription Overview (-Obsolete-)

Subscription connects you to Eshopbox products/services. Following are the types of subscriptions you can sign up for

  • Fulfillment Center - You need to select one or many of available locations to store inventory and fulfill orders.

  • Sales Channel - You need to add a sales channel for which Eshopbox should fulfill orders.

Subscription Actions

Following actions can be taken on subscription:

  • Track for Sales Channel: You can view the progress of your sales channel subscription. Following are the steps that need to be completed:

    • Operation Verification: To check if the FC(s) selected by you meets the packaging guidelines. Done by the Eshopbox team.

    • Brand Registration: Documents should be submitted to Eshopbox. This is required to register you on the portal. Required if you have subscribed with Eshopbox seller account.

    • Rate card and rule: Configure fees and link them with sales channels. Required if you have subscribed with your seller account.

  • Track for Fulfilment Centre: You can view the progress of your fulfillment center subscription. Following are the steps that need to be completed:

    • Acceptance of Request: To check the documents submitted by you for subscription are correct and valid.

    • Documentation in Process: Eshopbox will be sharing the required documents such as the FC Lease agreement, Utility bill, Eshopbox declaration, and Non-objection certificate (NOC). These documents will be required by you for Additional Place of Business (APOB) registration.

    • Verification in Process: Once APOB is completed or applied for you need to give upload proof of APOB registration. You can upload the GST certificate or acknowledgment certificate for verification.

Status

For the Fulfillment Center:

  • Subscribed: You are subscribed to the fulfillment center and ready to take orders.

  • In Process: Subscription request is under process.

  • Verification: Eshopbox is verifying your documents for fulfillment subscription.

  • Not subscribed: You are not subscribed to the fulfillment center.

For Sales Channel:

  • Subscribed: Subscription to sales channel is completed and is ready to take orders.

  • In-Process: Subscription request is in process.
