Subscription connects you to Eshopbox services. It determines what you have signed up for and how often you’re charged recurringly for it.

A subscription is created when you sign-up with a plan. Any associated addons or coupons also become a part of it. You can have any number of addons linked to your account, each with its own procedure to subscribe and pricing.

Subscription Actions

  • Disable: Disable addons services, there may be some actionable from your end or Eshopbox side.

  • Enable: Enable addons services, there may be some actionable from your end or Eshopbox side.

  • Change Term End: Changes the end date of the subscription. On selecting this option, the Change Term End dialog will open. Enter the necessary details and click apply changes.

  • Disable till a specific date

  • Enable from a specific date

Status

  • Upcoming: Subscriptions services that will become active on the specified date in the future.

  • Active: Subscription services for which you are charged and are active.

  • Action Required: For this subscription service to be active, some information/action is required from your side. After you take the action either Eshopbox will review this or this service will become active.

  • Under Review: Eshopbox is doing some verification for this subscription service. Next step can be: either you will be contacted shortly or this service will become active.

  • ((Paused: Active subscriptions will be stopped temporarily. These can be restarted and will then move to active status.))
