In this article, you will understand about different services offered by Eshopbox and how to start setting up your Eshopbox workspace.

How to subscribe to Eshopbox Services

After you have successfully verified your account, follow the below steps to subscribe to different services provided by Eshopbox.

Step I - Confirm Pricing

  • You can start free from today. You will not be charged until you start storing or shipping products from our fulfillment centers.

  • You start accruing costs the day Eshopbox will receive your first inventory. At that time, you will need to set up your Eshopbox billing and your subscription will automatically start.

  • A platform fee with minimum monthly billing will be charged to you.

  • The minimum monthly billing is a fixed amount charged per month (measured as the sum of your storage, pick & pack, and return processing).

  • If your total account billing (per month) is less than minimum monthly billing, Eshopbox reserves the right to charge you the difference between your monthly usage and minimum monthly billing.

  • In order to give you time to set up and get used to Eshopbox, minimum monthly account billing does not apply during the first 90 days you store products with Eshopbox.

  • Following services are included in the platform fee charged by Eshopbox:

    • Receive your inventory in Eshopbox fulfillment center

    • Store your inventory for up to 30 days

    • Standard Pick and Pack will be provided for all the products.

    • Please note that a nominal fee will be charged for items stored beyond 30 days in our fulfillment center.

  • Eshopbox provides a number of add-ons as well. You can select multiple add on based on your business requirement.

  • Option to enable/ disable add-ons will be available afterward as well. To do so navigate to Subscription > Services to make changes in subscribed services.

  • You can select multiple add-ons based on your business requirement:

    • Priority pick and pack

    • Process Returns (with or without Claim filing reports (CFR) will be part of settings)

    • Perform Quality Check

    • Make Eshopbox Seller on Record

    • Add marketing inserts

    • Reconcile your payments

    • Extended pick and pack

Subscribing to add-ons services like ‘refurbish your returns’ and ‘Use special packaging’ require additional information. After you submit the information, our team will provide you with custom quotes. Only after you accept the quote, the add-ons service will be available to you.

You can select add-ons services like ‘refurbish your returns’ and ‘use special packaging’ at this step itself, you will be charged only after you accept the quote provided by Eshopbox which can be done after your setup is complete.

Step II - Enter your Billing Details

Enter your billing details, this is required to start selling through Eshopbox. Following details are required

  • Company name: This field gets auto-populated from the company name given during Eshopbox workspace sign-up. You cannot edit this field.

  • Billing address: Enter the registered address of your company. This will be the primary address for sharing information. This includes street address, pin code, country, state, and city.

  • Billing email and phone: Enter your email address to which al communication and important email will be sent and a phone number to get in touch with you in case required.

  • PAN Number: Eshopbox will use these details for the TDS deduction. It includes the following fields.

    • PAN number: The first five characters are letters (in uppercase by default), followed by four numerals, and the last (tenth) character is a letter.

    • Eshopbox require PAN scanned copy, to verify the details provided by you.

  • GST Number

You can directly enter the pin code here. The Eshopbox app will automatically fetch the country, state, and city.

Step III - Setup your Payment Method

Provide details of your preferred payment method details. Please note you will only be charged after your trial period is expires i.e. 90 days. You can make payment through the following options:

  • Credit card

  • Debit Card

  • Other payment methods like through cheque.

If you want to do payment manually, you need to provide additional details like enlisting the reason and this will require approval from Eshopbox.
