In the Eshopbox app, you can import listings in bulk with the help of CSV files. This article will help you to:

Attribute | Description |

Sales channel* | Name of the sales channel. Make sure you’re subscribed to this same channel. |
ESIN | Eshopbox serial identification number of the product. This helps in identifying for which product are you updating the listing. This is mandatory only if the name of the product (sku) is not provided. |
Name of the product(sku) | Your identifier of the product. This helps in identifying for which product are you updating the listing. This is mandatory only if ESIN is not provided. |
Listing Id | Identifier of the product assigned by the sales channel while publishing the product. In case this is left blank, the existing value will be replaced with a blank value. |
Product page url | URL from the website for that product. This will help you to redirect yourself to the product on the website directly from the Eshopbox app. |
Status* | The status that you want to update for the listing. Possible values:
This will define the product availability on the sales channel for the customer. |
Troubleshooting
If any of the mentioned rules are not adhered to, you will receive any of the below-mentioned error. Resolve issue as per instruction provided.
