How to write a daily on-call report email?

  • The subject line of the mail will be:

    • “Daily On-Call Report | <Date Range>”

      • Example: Daily On-Call Report | 21st - 28th December 2022

  • You will mention the date for which you are sending the report and names of on-call developers along with their team names at the start of the email

    • Example:

      • Hi Team,

        Please find below the on-call report for 14th December 2022 : 

        On-call developers for the current week:   

        Payments + Platform: Muskan Choudhury

        Apps & Automation + Product & Inventory :- Sudip Das

        Shipping Engine + Orders: Anup Kumar

  • Use the filters, “Daily On-Call Summary for Eshopbox Errors” & “Daily On-Call Summary for Auperator Errors“ and export the table to Google sheets. From there you can copy the tables into the email. The order of the columns is to be maintained strictly while sending the mail

  • The mail is required to be sent prior to 7:30 pm everyday.

  • You will send the mail to all team members(developers and project managers) including the following:

    • developers@eshopbox.com

    • ops@eshopbox.com

    • Mayur Karwa

    • Gopal Sharma

    • Akshay Aggarwal

    • Mituj Rana

    • Akansha Srivastava
