Reconciling your inventory is the process of matching the system inventory with the physical inventory available at the Eshopbox fulfillment center. Eshopbox App helps you to reconcile the inventory based on the:

  • Name of the product (sku): reconciling inventory for a particular product or ESIN.

  • Time period: reconciling inventory for a particular time period.

This can help you to analyze the inventory movements to and from Eshopbox FC. Eshopbox app treats every movement of inventory as an event.

  • Received: Inventory send to Eshopbox FC.

  • Invoiced: Inventory invoiced against the received orders.

  • Returned: Invoiced inventory returned to the Eshopbox FC.

  • Recalled: Inventory recalled from Eshopbox FC.

Data is available starting from April 1, 2020.

 

 

User requirement:

  • User can also click on the inventory page on any product “Inventory history”. This will redirect the user to the inventory audit page with the sku selected and inventory activity from day 0 till date.

  • Filter to be used by the user to view inventory activity

    • SKU / ESIN

    • FC

    • Time

  •  

 

Shipwire:

  • Inventory reports are handled vis the subscription. User can subscribe to a report and below variables:

    • Frequency

    • Recipients of the report

  • Time period of the inventory activity will be what is selected as frequency only.

To appear in this report, a variant must have had stock or been on an order that closed within the timeframe you select.

Definition

Starting Stock: Stock quantity at the beginning of the period

Ending Stock: Stock quantity at the end of the time period

Ending Avg. Cost: Avg unit cost at the end of the period

Ending Assets: Inventory asset value at the end of the period

Units Sold: Quantity of units on orders closed during the period

Units Returned: Quantity of units received from returns during the period

COGS: Cost of goods sold for orders closed during the period minus cogs from returned or reopened orders

Units Received: Quantity of units received from purchase orders during the period

Received Purchases: Value of units received from purchase orders during the time period

Adjustments Value: Value of adjustments made during the time period
