Steps for creating custom app

Step 1: Creating a custom app.

  1. For creating a custom app, navigate to the Build a custom app in Eshopbox option at the bottom of the app detail page.

 

2. On clicking the option of Build a custom app in Eshopbox, a popup will be shown where you can enter the details for your custom app.

You can fill in the details such as the App name and description.

3. If you want to create the app in the same workspace you can select the current workspace in the workspace dropdown, else if you need to create the app in a new workspace select the option of

Create a new development workspace and you can write the workspace name.

4. Click on the Create a custom app button to create the custom app.

 

5. To turn the channel into salesChannelApp, Navigate to the Sales channel tab of the app.

 

6. Click on the Turn app into sales channel button to turn the app into sales channel and create its custom channel. On clicking a popup will be shown and you will be asked a field name to identify the products uniquely. You can add ‘SKU' or 'Listing id’ in the field name or any other field that is used to identify products uniquely.

 

7. After mentioning the field name, the Make sales channel button will be enabled and you can click the button to turn turn the app into sales channel.

8. Once your app is turned into sales channel, the below screen will get displayed.

Step 2: Activating your sales channel.

 

  1. Go to Pipefy with the following credentials.
    URL: https://app-auth.pipefy.com/login

    username: mituj@eshopbox.com

    Password: Eshopbox@1234

 

2. From home navigate to the App Fulfillment Channel Creation pipe.

Pipe name for prod: App Fulfillment Channel Creation

 

3. You will see the card created which will contain the name of your app. If not you can sort the cards by their creation date and check. You just need to drag and drop the card in the next phase.

4. Move all the cards to the channel created phase.

5. Now check for the App Operations Verification Staging pipe in the home section.

5. Drag and drop all the cards created for your app in the last state i.e. Approval.

6. Once this is done hard refresh(CTRL+ SHIFT+ R) the Eshopbox workspace and you will see the sales channel in the sales channel dropdown in the order import option.
