Migrating users to a different version

Once you’ve added all the changes to your integration, you can start rolling it out to users. Users can update their existing zaps and make new Zaps with your new integration features.

A Zap is an automated workflow that connects your apps and services together. Each Zap consists of a trigger and an action.

You can migrate a percentage of users for further testing or can migrate all users at once.

Before you start

You need to know from which version you want to migrate users to the new version.

How it works

Select the Migrate option on your new integration version.
Then choose which older version of your integration to move users from.
Then choose the new version to move the users to.
Finally, choose what percentage of users to migrate. (Typically, Eshopbox recommends moving a small percentage of your users to the new integration to make sure everything is working as expected)
Then click on migrate.
