When you have installed different apps, few apps may not be the perfect fit for your store. If you have decided that this app is not for you and are sure you want to uninstall. This article will help you uninstall apps from the Eshopbox workspace.
Uninstalling an app is an irreversible operation. Once you have uninstalled the app, you need to again install that app.
Before you start
You must have installed at least one app in your Eshopbox workspace.
Uninstall an App from Eshopbox workspace
Navigate to Apps from the menu. You can view the list of all the installed apps in the main pane. Search and select the app you want to uninstall. On hovering over the app, you’ll be able to view options like get support, view details, and uninstall. Click uninstall.
Once you click on uninstall, a confirmation pop-up will open with a message. Refer screenshot for the message.
Now, click uninstall to delete the app. The uninstalled app will not be removed from the list of apps.
After uninstalling the app, the automation will be stopped, and all the webhook will be disabled.
