Client browsing App Store

The App Store is a collection of public apps. Public apps can be used by clients to build their business using its features and functionalities. By default, approved public apps are listed on the App Store page.

Features of browsing an app:

  • App Listing Page

  • App Details page

How it works

  1. Log in to Eshopbox Workspace.

  2. Click on Apps from the main pane.

  3. You will be able to see the list of your installed apps.

  4. Click on the Visit app store page. You will be redirected to the app store page.

App Listing

The App Listing is the first page of your app store and the client will search an app on this page. Listing APP page consists up of sections of the list of public APPS, Filters, search box, etc. This page consists up of :

  1. APPS: On a single page you can see 1-10 apps. Or you can search your required APP in the search box directly.
    On the details page per app consist up of a short overview like :

    1. App name: Name of the APP.

    2. Logo: Logo of the APP.

    3. Description: Description of the APP.

  2. FILTERS: By default, the selection is ALL APPS, You can filter apps on the basis of the following :

    1. Category of the app

      1. Marketplaces

      2. Shopping carts

      3. Shipping providers

      4. Reporting

      5. Finances

      6. ERP

      7. Others

    2. Tags

      1. Made by Eshopbox

      2. Popular

      3. New

      4. Highly rated

  3. SEARCH BOX: If you need to search for an app. You can search for it by name.

To see the details of any app, select the app from the App Listing page and you will be redirected to the app detail page.

App Details(view app profile)

After selecting the app from the App Listing page, you will be redirected to the App Details page. This section contains all the information about the App. It is also divided into different sections:

  1. Overview:

    1. App name: Name of the APP

    2. Logo: Logo of the APP

    3. Description: Description of the APP

    4. Homepage URL: HomePage URL of the APP.

    5. ADD APP Button: You can add this app in a workspace.

    6. Get To Know The App: This subsection describes the purpose of this App, it’s featured in detail and how it can be helpful.

    7. Screenshots of the app: screenshots provided by the App developers.

    8. Support Email of APP: Who is on the support? This is also the email you can reach out to for technical support.

    9. The support contact number of APP: Who is on the support? This is also the phone number you can reach out to for technical support.

  2. Integrations: This section allows you to instantly connect this App with other apps to create an automated workflow.
    This section is further divided into sub-sections:

    1. List of Automation: It consists of all the Automation templates which have either an action or a trigger of this app.

    2. List of Triggers: You can see the List of Triggers of the app.

    3. List of Actions: You can see the List of Actions of the app.

    4. List of Searches: You can see the List of Searched of the App.

  3. Help: This section consists of information about how to integrate with this app:

    1. How to get started with this App:

      • Information about this App’s integration

      • How to connect with this app(with screenshots)

    2. Common problems encountered with this App: it consists of common problems encountered with the solutions.
