View List of Installed Apps
When you install the app in Eshopbox workspace, all the apps are listed under the Apps section. In this article, you will discover how to view the list of installed apps in your Eshopbox workspace.
Before you start
You must have the access to Eshopbox Workspace
At least one app is installed
View list of installed apps
Navigate to Apps from the menu. You can view the list of all the installed apps in the main pane.
You can view below details about each app:
App name
App logo
Added on: The date on which the app is installed in your workspace.
Connection status: This will help to know your connection status was success or failure.
On Hovering you can see the below actions :
View Detail: To view detail of your installed apps.
Uninstall: Uninstalling an app
Get support: Click on this button if you need help with an app that you’ve installed.
View detail
You select view details option when you wish to know the details about the app. When you select view details option, you redirect to the detail page of your app. It consists of below information
App Name and logo with developed by details on the top. The developed by is the partner name of the app.
About the app section will help you to know the basic features of the app.
App permissions govern, what your app is allowed to do and access.
Uninstall
You select uninstall from the list when you wish to uninstall the app. Uninstalling an app is an irreversible operation. Once you have uninstalled the app, you need to again install that app.

Get support
You select to get support when you face any issue with your app. Your issue can e resolved in two ways:
If your app partner is Eshopbox, the chatbot will be opened. Here you can raise your query.
If your app partner is not Eshopbox. You can see the partner contact detail of that app. You can directly connect with your partner.
